The practice was commissioned by Ashford Studio to coordinate an Environmental Impact Statement for the expansion of the film studios in Kellystown, Ashford, Co. Wicklow.

The proposed development includes the provision of c.65,000 sqm of sound stages (3 film and 1 TV studio), a visitor centre, ancillary buildings to accommodate workshops and offices and backlot areas. The state-of-the-art passive buildings would allow for the creation of 1,500 jobs.

MacCabe Durney Barnes led a multi-disciplinary team to prepare the Environmental Impact Statement accompanying the planning application.
