MacCabe Durney Barnes coordinated the preparation of an EIS and planning application for a major retail, office and residential development in Carlow Town Centre. It is a significant development which would contribute to the overall regeneration of the town. The planning authority granted permission whuch was subsequently appealed by third parties. The practice responded to these appeals and An Bord Pleanala granted permission.
