The practice was commissioned by Park Development Ltd to secure a ten-year planning permission for 267 residential units at Clay Farm, Ballyogan near Stepaside. The development is the final phase of the development of the Gallops, which commenced in the early 1990s. It is located less than 500m away from the Luas Green line stop, The Gallops, and near the M50 motorway. The development included 16 terraced houses and 251 dwelling in multi-storey apartment blocks with underground and surface car parking, as well as the provision of 1.3ha of ancillary open space and a 16-classroom school.
MacCabe Durney Barnes successfully secured planning permission from both Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council and An Bord Pleanála following a third party appeal.
