The Park, Carrickmines, is a mixed use office and retail warehouse, which is being developed on a phased basis. It is the centre of a large catchment in south Dublin and is on a motorway junction of the orbital M50 motorway. It is also served by the Luas Green Line.

The practice prepared and coordinated the Environmental Impact Statements for both phases of the project and successfully secured planning permission.
