MDB has been at the forefront of urban regeneration and place making practice in Ireland.

• We have worked for and on behalf of local authorities and public agencies preparing masterplans, urban design studies and viability assessments.
• Our experience includes the Dublin Docklands Planning Scheme SDZ and the Clondburris SDZ in South Dublin. We have prepared innovative Community Infrastructure Audits for residential development projects as well as public sector plans for Dun Laoghaire Rathdown county.
• Our team has prepared town centre health checks, retail
  assessments and town regeneration plans
• Our economic and viability analysis underpins important design decisions and the strategic and local levels. We have prepared masterplan viability assessments in Kilkenny and Shannon, Co. Clare, Dun Laoghaire Harbour and Sligo.
