The practice was commissioned to coordinate an Environmental Impact Statement and a Retail Impact Statement for the development of the Florentine Centre in Bray, County Wicklow. The development includes the provision of a multiplex cinema, anchors stores, retail and restaurant units on a site located at a prime location of Main Street, Bray.
MacCabe Durney Barnes worked closely with Wicklow County Council, ADD Architects, the project architects, and the environmental sub-consultants to submit an permission for the development in accordance with the requirements of Part 10 of the Planning and Development Act 2000, as amended.
An Bord Pleanála granted planning permission in January 2017. It will be the most significant regeneration project in Bray Town Centre in many years.
