Greystones Harbour Development

The practice was commissioned as part of the multi-disciplinary team by Sispar Ltd, which was a joint venture between Park Developments, Sisk and Wicklow County Council (Bridgedale Developments subsequently joined the consortium). This mixed use development combines a 200-berth marine and associated club houses for sea users and a park, residential and retail uses. Some 350 apartments and houses are being delivered by Bridgedale Homes. MacCabe Durney Barnes provided planning consultancy advice, contributed to the initial masterplan, coordinated both the successive planning applications and their accompanying environmental impact statement and successfully secured planning permission for the development and its subsequent alterations.
