NDFA Social Housing Bundle 3

MacCabe Durney Barnes supported the National Development Finance Agency (NDFA), Kildare County Council, Dublin City Council, Sligo County Council and Wicklow County Council in securing planning consent for around 500 social housing units across six sites. Consent was secured through Part 8 and s.177AE of the Planning and Development Act 2000, as amended. MDB worked closely with the Design Team and clients, provided planning advice, as well as prepared all planning outputs, including planning reports, EIA screening reports, Social Infrastructure Audits and public notices.
