Newtownstalaban Strategic Housing Development

MacCabe Durney Barnes secured planning permission for a strategic housing development on a site c5.8 ha at Newtownstalaban, Newfoundwell Road, Drogheda, County Louth. The development includes the construction of 217 dwelling units, in a mix of duplex apartments and houses, a community block, including a creche, residents’ gym and coffee bar. MacCabe Durney Barnes provided project management and planning consultancy services.
