Postal Delivery Unit, Swords
The practice was commissioned with Kavanagh Tuite by An Post to secure planning permission for a postal delivery service unit in Swords, North Dublin. The development is located on a site of 0.7ha in the IDA Business and Technology Park. The development covers 7,300sqm and is simple, yet modern, in appearance, in line with the character of the surrounding IDA park.
MacCabe Durney Barnes coordinated the planning application and secured permission from Fingal County Council.
