Dunboyne Town Centre

The practice was commissioned by Lynthirst Ltd to secure planning permission for a major mixed use development in the centre of Dunboyne, Co. Meath. The project comprised residential units, a medical centre, offices, a shopping centre and associated parking. The planning application was supported by a retail impact assessment. Planning permission was granted after An Bord Pleanála dismissed a third party appeal.
