Experience and Expertise

MDB has:

• Delivered numerous complex and challenging projects for a range of sectors including but not limited to road developments, large energy users, renewable energy and ports and harbours.
• We support and supervise the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) process from screening to the preparation of Environmental Impact Assessment Reports.
• We have been particularly active in supporting the development of greenways and active travel around the country.
• We also work at European level and undertake research on minerals and critical raw materials as part of European Commission funded projects (Horizon 2020, Horizon Europe) and provide advice to mining developers in Ireland.
• MDB has a multi-disciplinary team with a range of expertise developed across applied research, environmental assessment, transport and natural resource management. We have advised the European Commission, local authorities, semi-states companies, energy developers, large energy
  users and other private sector developers.
