Shannon Town Centre Masterplan
MacCabe Durney Barnes was commissioned by Clare County Council to undertake a high-level viability assessment of the Shannon Town Centre Master Plan. The economic viability assessment sought to assess the policy costs proposed as part of the Master Plan to ensure that those included do not hinder the potential of the master plan.
