Westmeath Retail Strategy 2016-2022
The practice was commissioned by Westmeath County Council to prepare the Retail Strategy forming part of the Westmeath County Development Plan 2014-2020. The Strategy was prepared to implement the objectives of the Retail Planning Guidelines 2012. Retail Strategies assist planning authorities in the assessment of proposed retail development and generally seek to protect and enhance the viability and vitality of town centres.
